If you want a bank and a loan specialist that care, go with NBKC and Cheryl. We've had several new purchases and multiple refinancing with NBKC with Cheryl at the helm and ALL have gone smoothly and without issue. Cheryl and NBKC have saved me thousands over my traditional bank and I have continued to recommend them over the last ten years. You can be treated like a customer at your current bank or you can be treated like family at NBKC/Cheryl.
Working with Jason M******* was so easy! When I hear all the stories other people tell about their refinancing "challenging" experiences, I think "WOW" my experience was so much better! My calls were returned immediately and the work that I had to do seemed really easy and streamlined.
