Very easy loan process. Everything but signing is done online. Good overall experience.
We worked with Joe on a refinance who was excellent! Great communication from the initial contact all the way through the process to closing. No song and dance, just good straightforward business. And time to closing from initial application happened much sooner than I expected. I would use NBKC again.

Very professional company. Getting a house loan is usually a pain, not with NBKC. There were no delays. Matthew was straight forward and made sure he understood what I wanted and got it done. Highly recommend.
We've worked with Nicholas P**** at NBKC on two mortgage refinances in the last year. He has been fantastic to work with. He is quick to determine what level of attention/instruction a customer requires, and adjusts to meet that need.
