Guys, don't overthink this--if you are in the market and looking for a lender and mortgage specialist, there is no one we would recommend more than Travis Smith of NBKC (for specifics, he is listed as Loan Officer, NMLS # 732706). He and his team made our two refinances absolutely stress free and I can't thank him enough for his cordiality and professionalism.

I am about to complete my third mortgage transaction with NBKC and have found them to be above and beyond the service received from other financial companies. Their rates and program offerings are very competitive. Through all transactions, Paige Murphy steered us throughout the process. Paige worked diligently, accurately and quickly, often responding to me late in the evening and on weekends. We sincerely appreciate the care that Paige gave us with our transactions.

This our second refi using Beau Landon as our loan processor. I appreciate his rapid response to our questions and his knowledgeable with all facets of the refinance. We had appraisal issues that could have caused us to reconsider refinancing but Beau managed to offer us an acceptable option that we agreed would be satisfactory. We would recommend Beau to anyone shopping for a initial home loan or refinance.

Going through Refi process is difficult for me as it is not typical activity as it happens once or twice for most folks like my self. Trevor did a great job on helping me navigating through this experience by not by only communicating the status on time but addressing my questions and concerns, educating me along the way and close on the initial time frame provided with promised interest rate at the begging of the application. I went to NBKC bank thru my Costco mortgage program. I interacted closely with Ami , my loan officer, from the time she provided quotes all the way to loan closure. She was very responsive, courteous and looked after the case as a project. Highly recommend the bank and it's valued employees.
