I worked with Trevor C******* for my refinance. In addition to a great rate and low fees, what impressed me the most was his responsiveness. He often texted me or emailed me back on evenings and weekends while working through the various stages. We also had some hiccups with the title company and he did everything he could to keep things moving. This is my second time refinancing with Ryan, he is very professional and honest. He is understood my busy schedule as a nurse and was very patient knowing I had many other obstacles. He never gave up on me when I didn't return any of his emails and that's what I appreciate about him. Just completed a refi with NBKC Bank. I started shopping around for a refi several months ago before pulling the trigger now. In that time, Mark routinely checked in with me and kept communication open, so when the time was right, it was a seamless process. Best mortgage experience ever! Jeff ****** is an exceptional Loan Officer. He responded quickly even if it was in the evening. He was on top of things and took care of us like we were his only customer, and we all know how busy they are! We've never had such an easy refinance. We've obtained several mortgages over the years, but our last two have been with NBKC (original mortgage and a re-fi). We've not experienced a company that made the process so effortless. They're professional, courteous, and really know their stuff. And, when we say that NBKC is awesome, what we really mean is Bernie K*****, since he really is the company to us. Nicholas P**** had my Refi setup and funded in half the time I was quoted at another vendor. He was very quick to respond to my questions even answering well after business hours and even once over the weekend. This was the most hassle free, well orchestrated refinance I have done to date and will happily recommend NBKC to anyone I know that is considering a mortgage or refinance.
