Everything about the COSTCO/NBKC refinance process is so smooth and easy. This is our second time working with Trevor C*******. Trevor responds immediately, almost as if he's waiting for my email to arrive. The process can be completed almost entirely online with document uploads. The Notary had many appointments available to accommodate our schedule. The Notary followed all Covid protocols. Great overall experience.
