nbkc and our lender Scott A***** did an excellent job. I cannot think of one issue that occurred during the process. Lender was EXTREMELY responsive and timely with all questions and requests. From his end he also made sure the process kept moving forward with good communication with me. Rates were equivalent to other online mortgage companies. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Great service with an original loan and two refinances. For the second refinance, our loan had been taken over by another bank so we went to NBKC to compare rates and prices. Going with NBKC saved us several thousand dollars in fees and with a superior rate. Highly recommended.
The entire process was very smooth. The rate was great and the entire process went very fast. Our loan officer, David B******** kept us informed at every step of the process and was very responsive to emails and calls.
We found NBKC through the Costco Mortgage program and the experience was fantastic. We dealt Robert F***** and his professional approach while being very personable made this experience run so smoothly, even in this very busy market. Was a long rough ride in 2020, yet persistence paid off, litterally, by 2021 with a closed refinance. Lots of little bumps along the way, but it worked out in the end.
