This is one of the greatest experiences i have had with any financial institution. Andy A***** is very reliable, honest and harfworking. He responds to calls and messages in a timely manner. I will highly recommend andy and NBKC bank to any one looking for truthful mortgage lending and refinancing.

I found NBKC Bank through the Costco mortgage program. Maggie N. at NBKC responded promptly to all my requests and NBKC provided fair terms with a standard 60 day lock that another Costco provider wouldn't offer. Despite a slow title company and the ice storm, we were still able to close the week after the ice storm.

I am seriously disappointed with this bank. I am so upset. They returned check that posted on the 2nd. I made sure that I had those funds in the bank on the 2nd. They returned the check on the NEXT business day because they noticed that I had some transactions that were posting on the 3rd. The only thing they would tell me is "oh we will not charge you any fee for the returned check". That's not the issue. The problem is all the fees that I will incur on the other end due to this. David P***** was my loan officer and he was extremely responsive to my questions. The entire process from beginning to end was easy and handled very efficiently. I would recommend David to anyone who is looking for a home loan.
NBKC bank provided excellent customer service for mortgage refinance. My loan officer (B.G.) was very accessible during the process. He answered all calls and emails promptly. I was offered multiple options that were clearly laid out.
I was a little leery about the ins and outs of refinancing my house. I didn’t get an awesome rate when we originally made the purchase, and I figured I would at least ask someone a few questions.
