The loans process with NBKC was so smooth and easy. My loan officer, Jeff Hiller, was really helpful and professional and helped me get the best rate possible. It was a completely painless process!

Jeff H***** at NBKC Bank was a rock star! It was such a pleasure to work with Jeff and his prompt responses on any question we had was much appreciated. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Jeff and NBKC Bank for your refinancing needs. The only very minor downside was the length of time it took for the refinance process. It took about 3 months total to close on both of our homes, but Jeff mentioned this was pretty much due to their backlog with how people are refinancing now. All in all, a great experience!

I was surprised at how easy this process was. They asked for several documents up front such as pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, etc. Then there were some documents to sign on line. The whole process took less than 1 month, and the closing was so much easier than I have ever had before. CJ was great to work with. He answered questions usually within 30 minutes. I wish more banks would use NBKC's process for mortgages.

This was the second time I have worked with David P*******. I made the mistake of trying to use another firm to refinance our mortgage. Over three months after I had completed my paperwork, they still weren't close to closing. I said screw this, and called David. It took him about five weeks to complete the finance. Super smooth and professional job.
