NBKC - Paige M***** managed my 15 year mortgage refinance with professionalism, expediency and ensured I was informed throughout the process. The refinance went so well I would recommend Paige to any of my friends and family who were considering a new mortgage or refinance.
Just closed on refinance with NKBC. Worked with Jeff H***** who was prompt in answering any questions. The Closing took longer than I had anticipated but was probably due to holidays and volume of refi. Jeff provided me with status of the progress regularly and was wonderful and patient to work with. He helped clear all queries in a prompt manner! NKBC should have a website to show progress as well. Would recommend Jeff H. Awaiting their welcome package!
