I recently had my mortgage refinanced. NBKC and Scott B***** are outstanding. Second time I've work with Scott, and he continues to be amazing. Helps you understand every step of the process, always available to answer questions. Keeps in touch throughout the process. I highly recommend working with Scott. The rates at NBKC are also super competitive. Very satisfied customer.

Professional, fast and efficient.
I found my banker to be a poor communicator who doesn't understand how mortgages and refinances work on the consumer side. For example he didn't understand that late payments incur after the 15th of the month or if you are 30 days late on your mortgage it impacts consumer. He consistently sent documents with misleading closing costs and set and moved closing dates in numerous occasions. I was forced to escalate to his supervisor. I would not recommend this individual and likely not this bank.
Cheryl and NBKC helped me fund my loan quickly and efficiently at the best rates to boot. I got rates from multiple lenders and none of them could beat the first quote I got from Cheryl and NBKC. Couldn't recommend more.
Great re-fi process end to end. Brandon G**** is my mortgage broker and is very prompt & timely with all information needed to make this process run smooth! Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a mortgage.
