NBKC was fast to respond first and win our refi business and submitting all of the needed documents to get things moving at the start, was a smooth process. The reason I am only rating them a 3 is because their follow-up is poor. I had to follow-up several times to find out what the status was of our refi, including after the paperwork was signed - we were left not knowing what the next steps were with our new account. Todd B***** and his associates at NBKC always give us great service and the lowest rates. I'm able to accomplish 98% of a Refi online. I done numerous refis with him without any hiccups. I don't even shop around when looking for a refi these days, I just reach out to Todd and he tells me if it's a good time to do a refi or not. There have been times when he's told me to wait, so he's not after my business at the expense of my money.
