I enjoyed working with Mr. G****. He was very patient and very responsive in a very short time. Despite, I couldn't communicate with him via phone during working hours but still he has been responding in timely manner. The whole financing process and closing took less than 45 days. NBKC is highly recommended.

This whole process was a nightmare from start to finish. The customer service was horrible. It took days and multiple attempts to receive a response to my emails or texts. My loan officer was never available when I had questions to keep the process moving. She would never answer the phone and made me feel like I was bothering her anytime I needed assistance. I can't speak for the company as a whole but I would NOT recommend my loan officer at all.
