Allen, our representative was very timely in answering all our questions. There was no BS with this bank, given our experience with all the others. The others would tease you with low rates and then when you show interest, bam! They show high interest rates and lots of closing costs. Not here. Everything was seamless, effortless, easy. I would give one more star if the time to close was a little shorter. I recommend this bank to everyone.
Couldn't be happier, we got a great rate on our refinance and the process was extremely easy. Our loan officer, Ty, was extremely responsive and helped every step of the way. Closing was pretty painless too, with all the online forms, and went quickly. I just set up an online account and arranged autopay, so if that goes as smoothly as I think it will - then I definitely recommend NBKC!
