We had a rough start with NBKC. Our original mortgage guy left the company 3/4 through the process. Jeff P was his replacement. He assured us he'd get the loan done and would honor our rate lock. Jeff came through in a big way and helped to get this deal closed. Jeff is excellent and NBKC is lucky to have him.
I used this NBKC to refinance my house and would highly recommend them. Their Interest rate was very competitive. I was especially happy with CJ Sears my loan officer who was highly responsive and on top of things through the whole process.
