We worked with Matt K with a refinance via Costco. Everything went very smooth and he was very responsive. Start to finish was 4 weeks no issues and all done electronically. Would highly recommend.

Great bank to deal with for buying a refinancing. My loan officer (Michael T.) helped us with buying 3 years ago and again just recently for the refinance. He was always honest and upfront. That tells you something about the bank he works for. Highly recommended as the overall process with Covid was streamlined. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
