I worked with Trent G**** on both the original loan and later to refinance with a lower internet rate. Trent is the best loan officer I worked with ever. He found me the lowest rate both times, answer all my questions, explaining what needs to get done each time. This is the second time I've worked with Matt to refinance, and he has been excellent to work with. He answers all of my questions promptly and makes it clear what is needed of me and when. No hiccups either time, would definitely recommend.
Extremely smooth refinance with quick close delivering exactly the terms agreed to during initial discussions. Mark was proactive, highly responsive and on top of the refinance throughout the process.
We financed, and refinanced, our home (VA loan) with Matt H***** @ NBKC. Matt's customer service skills are second to none. He is prompt, courteous, and always goes above and beyond to ensure we get the best interest rate possible. Every time we reached out to Matt during the process via email, a prompt response was received (even during Christmas holidays!). Steve M******, our loan officer worked hard for us and was very nice. The underwriter(s) seemed to be naive about business, partnerships and real estate investments. They produced endless questions and required duplicate information endless times. It seems that their sweet spot would be a couple with W-2's and maybe some savings accounts. But Steve kept working with them and us, and in the end, they did finally approve the loan.
