My NBKC loan representative (Beau L******) is the best I have ever worked with. This was my 2nd refinancing with NBKC (Beau L******). My TOTAL closing costs were about $650 (3.375% 30-year) on my 1st refinancing in May, 2020 and $250 (2.75% 30-year) on my 2nd refinancing in December, 2020. I honestly do not think I would’ve closed on my mortgage without the help of Jason from NBKC Bank. It’s my second time working with him, and if I ever have the need for an another mortgage I will definitely call him first.
