We just completed our second refinance in less than a year by NBKC bank with Matt H*****, and the experience was just as consistently positive as the first time. The expenses and the interest rate were both very low, it was done with a minimum of paperwork, and it was done quickly. Closing was efficient and trouble-free too, done entirely online. As in the first experience, customer service was excellent, with prompt responses to my questions.

I contact with NBKC by seeing the advertisement in Costco website and I receive the Costco member saving through NBKC. I was in contact with my refinancing process with different lender and was not satisfied with them. I was looking for another rate and depend on Costco screening and contact with banker Joe in NBKC bank where he give me 0.13% lower rate and $10000 less closing cost than the ongoing unsatisfied well-known lender organization. Second time around working with Ryan. He’s been great both times. This time it was a little worrisome for me as it was all done through email, but Ryan’s email directions made every step extremely easy. Ryan is a great asset to your company.
