We were dealing with Matt H***** and have to say: that was a great experience. Prompt service, great communication and wonderful problem solver. It was speedy and without major issues. This was my second refi with Beau at NBKC. Their process was easy and fast. Beau was very responsive to my questions. And, they offered a great deal. I doubt rates will ever be low enough that I'll need to do this again, but I highly recommend them to anyone considering a new home or a refinance.
Matt was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Any question I had was quickly answered, and at no point did I feel pressured or lost. This is our second refi for our home, and was far less stressful and easier to handle than the previous.
