I am extremely pleased with NBKC and how my refinance process worked out. I worked with Travis and he was very competent and clear in driving the process to completion. Refinanced with NBKC. The process was lengthy but Matt made it bearable and was very communicative throughout. Any time I had a question or concern he'd address it immediately. Every document was transparent and easy to read through. Would reccomend!

I contacted NBKC through the Costco refinance program. I spoke with three different mortgage companies via Costco and I can see why NBKC were the best recommended and thus I went with them. It was the easiest process ever to refinance. It took only a few weeks and required very little time or input from me and an appraisal was waived. We have refinanced this house and other homes in the past and this was the best and fastest experience so far. I would highly recommend NBKC.
