CJ Sears of NBKC Bank was my Loan Officer and did an outstanding job of keeping things on track. Despite having an info lag from creditors, he was able to take the initiative and move everything forward. The time from application to closing was a few months - I believe good for this Pandemic world were in right now. Great value for our mortgage refinance and friendly customer service
Hi, This is our second time using NBKC because the first experience was outstanding. This time was no different. Our loan officer Travis Smith was great. He did an excellent job of guiding us through the refinance process. The timely communications on needed documents, approval timeline and the closing process made the whole experience painless and smooth.
