Jay A***** was my lender with NBKC and I was very pleased with the experience. He was extremely patient and willing to go into detail with me about the loan; this was extremely important for me be a first-time homebuyer. I'll consider using Jay for loans first going forward so long as their rates remain competitive. NBKC was the lowest interest rate for me going through Costco and it saved me a lot of money using them in the long run.

By far the best deal and easiest lowest hassle mortgage company. After a half dozen times with other mortgage companies and their hassles I found NBKC and am on 10+ deals with them and have never had a problem. My original servicer retired but my new one Damian H****** picked up the right where Donna left off and my service didn't miss a beat. Damian's great!!
Our loan was handled very professionally. The loan officer was always quick to respond to questions and he kept the process moving quickly, without any hitches. The online communications with NBKC were also a positive part of the process.
