Took £5314 of payments for a job and has not done the work and is now ignoring all attempts to contact. I've been trying to get them back onsite for over 6 months but it's fairly clear they've decided to do a runner with the cash I stupidly paid in advance. Also, the one day he was on site the workmanship was poor and had to be redone. Prior to them doing a runner, I also referred them to a friend and the work they did for them was also poor.
