I’ve been searching for a nail salon in Bournemouth that offers both amazing customer service and the ability to bring my nail ideas to life, and I’ve finally found it! Julie and Helen are absolutely wonderful. They were so welcoming and even treated my friend and me to a few glasses of Prosecco, which made the experience extra special. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

I recently had a pedicure at this salon after a recommedation by a friend, unfortunately the only positive thing I can say about it is the massaging chair. The staff were rude and in attentive and there appeared to be no care for hygiene. The thing used to scrub feet dropped on the floor and was picked up, not cleaned and then used as if nothing had happened.
