Call now ****************. ******* ******* ********** ******** ***** *** **** Letter stating introductory new program controlling institutions do not want you to know about that will allow timeshare owners abatement of their liabilities. It continues... You may qualify for abatement of rising maintenance fees, future special assessments and/or mortgage payments of said timeshare. No where does this mailing identify that this is a company or their legal name... read more

When we decided to remove ourselves from the burden of our ****** ***** ********* ownership, we opted to use the services of Nationwide Settlement Solutions. Although it was expensive and took 15 months, we are now completely out. Our thanks to the folks at Nationwide for their help in this process. Also a special shout-out to Breanne ******, who always promptly answered my email questions.

After contracting with NSS to get us out of our time share I saw all the complaints against the company. It caused us some alarm! Fortunately, they did what they said they were going to do. However, I wonder if we could have gotten it done much cheaper somewhere else.

We had owned a timeshare for 18 years. It had long-since been paid off but we continued to have the ever-increasing annual maintenance fees. We met with representatives from Nationwide in May, 2018, signed a contract with them and were timeshare-free by December (just 7 months later). A timeshare is a real estate property. After attending several timeshare termination events with various companies We came away very disappointed. The information received was often misleading and questionable. We almost did not go to the Nationwide Settlement meeting. We did attend the meeting and found that the presentation was not a lot of promises. But presented factual information about the timeshare industry that made sense. Both my wife and I sat through the presentation. We went off by ourselves and talked about what we had heard. I have been trying to get out of my timeshare for a good while now and thought I never would. Nationwide Settlement is a very professional group of people that answers your questions anytime you call. They kept in touch throughout the whole process. So if you are looking to get out of your timeshare, I highly recommend this company.

I would like to thank Nationwide Settlement for all the help in getting us out of this timeshare. I have spent countless amounts of money trying to get this monkey off our backs. We want to thank Nationwide for getting us out of our timeshare. We tried to get out of it with 2 other companies but they just took our money and a year or so later we still had our timeshare. We were hesitant about going with Nationwide had us released from our timeshare in just a few months. We are so thankful it is all over with. Thanks so much to Nationwide Settlement Solutions again and God bless all that were involved in getting us free of our timeshare and for all that you have done for us.
