Nationwide Settlement Solutions came to us (so to speak), they set up a time share exit presentation in Vermont not too far from us. Very dishonest! High-pressure sales charge $30 to attend a seminar on getting out of a timeshare. Told me that if my wife couldn't attend I would receive a refund. After booking, they sent an e-mail explaining that unless both owners attend you will be turned away at the door and you will receive no refund.
Total Scam! Bait and switch trying to get us to sign new contract changing the terms with what they call a deed and title company. They are not! Dont even give them one star.

I attended an informational meeting at a hotel in March 2021 where I met with ******. I decided to go with Nationwide Settlement Solutions to help me get out of my timeshare in *************** was told it should take 3 to 6 months to resolve. During the process, I was kept informed of where my timeshare stood. They notified me the process would take longer due to *********** being a Commonwealth/territory. We were contacted by Nationwide Settlement Solutions in January 2020 in regards to our Timeshare with **************** -because we had been mislead & lied to by ****************, we were anxious to hear what Nationwide Settlement solutions could do to rid us of this burden. I received the same letter as GB 9/4/19. This letter was addressed to a relative that died in 1988. There is no timeshare liability nor ever was.

We do send mail to timeshare owners and am truly apologetic that a deceased relative received a mailing from us. I understand how things like that can reopen old wounds. My mother-in-law passed a year ago and she is still receiving mail. The pain of seeing her name and putting the letter trash is something that no one should have to bear. Paid these people. Called them .they don't answer or return calls! Steer clear of them! Scammers!

I do not believe this review is about us. Based on the email this was a client of ours but did not actually need our services so we fully refunded their money. Also this client received a return call the day of this review. This is an inaccurate review and based on the facts I do believe is about us.
Nationwide Settlement is currently harassing my elderly mother. A representative called her several weeks ago and induced her to make an appointment to sell her timeshare. Two problems: first, she has not done business with them in the last 18 months, or ever, thus they may not contact her as her number is registered on the Do Not Call list, and has been since 2002.
