Opening times need to be updated as we went today (Friday) and it was closed apparently during the winter it is only open Saturday and Sunday. We were not they only people there left disappointed.
Really interesting houses and lovely walks through the woods and up to the hillfort. Unfortunately when I went back today the houses were closed with no prior warning - I had checked times on Google but unfortunately they had not been updated so I didn't get to visit the houses today.
Unfortunately the site was closed.
Stunning that's all I can say
Unfortunately I arrived one day too late since they are now shut for the winter. But the surrounding area is fantastic.
