I have called this utility 3 times this week trying to get an account reference letter and 3 times they say they will get it to me by the end of the day and THEY DON'T!!!! Seriously so frustrating!!!!
At 10:40, 12:30, 1:25, 2:35 and 3:30 today I have calls from National Grid. I called the number back and it is collections and the recording tells me that I am in good standings and I owe zero dollars. Can someone tell me WTF they would call my house 5 times if I don't owe them anything????????? Fracking buttholes are harassing people for no reason.
What the hell are you fools doing? A phone pole goes down last night at midnight no power no heat until almost noon the next day. You get the power back on and you're out there all day work in on crap, 11 o clock at night yer STILL out there and the power goes out again. What the hell are you doing? Do you even know?
Since Monday, November 16th I have been trying to get an answer to a big problem I have. This summer we had a natural gas line brought to our building. In November when my contractor was here installing our internal gas lines , furnaces, water heaters etc, he discovered that the gas line installers had never installed a meter bar. we get a little wind, (and it's not even winter, with snow & ice on the lines), and the power goes 1/2 out !!....1/2 power that smokes my electronics, and everything !!! You need to fix this NOW ! Don't wait until it's below zero ! Or I WILL have someone's nuts in my hand !
