Complete joke. Our neighborhood power goes out with even the slightest wind yet 1 block over there's never goes out. It must be too hard for these morons to see an upgrade of the substation for our neighborhood needs an upgrade

Well lets see. I have waited all day for them to replace their gas meter which I was told is not working correctly. It is now 8:30 at night and it seems that their service people don't work at all. I waited all day and no one showed up or called me. So why am I paying so much for delivery service when they don't deliver? I made the appointment with them last week for today and when I called at 4:00 I was told the the service was listed and they were probably delayed. Just want to thank you for getting the power restored so quickly in our little part of the world. Thought for sure we would have very low priority due to our isolated location, but we have power again after one of the worst wind storms I have ever seen. Thank you to your hardworking crew for being out in this stuff!!!

This is by far the worst electric company I've ever experienced. Outrageous prices and illegal practices. I could not use gas and electric at all for a month and still pay $100. Go to Hell. Those of us on strict budgets cannot afford your insane, fluctuating prices.

Your service sucks! Without electricity for 24hrs in Upstate NY in December. Use those delivery charges to maintain your network. At least you beat last winters time of 28hrs without electricy. Don't get me wrong your linemen are awesome but you company sucks!

They turned off the gas in an apartment building because a tenant asked them too . Now they wont turn it on for five to eight days , asked for new application to be faxed . they provided the wrong application and blamed me .. they talk like scripted actors on he phone . They just want your money

Nat'l Grid keeps dunning me for a bill I already paid, even though I have the cancelled check to prove it. They claim they never received the check and someone else cashed it. The bank says this is impossible because they have numerous safeguards in place to prevent anyone except National Grid from actually receiving any money. Nat'l Grid obviously applied our payment to the wrong account. But they won't admit it and are sucking up hours of my time. The bank even offered to talk to Nat'l Grid and explain their position, but ... read more
