They suck!!!!!!!! I have paid them $850 over the past 7 months and they shut me off today. They suck the money right out of you. And there is no where else to go. Yeah sure you can change your supplier but its still thru national grid they rip people off. I demanded to speak to a supervisor said supervisor will call me back in an hour its now been 5 hours and i have called them back twice already!
National Grid dropped a new telephone pole in our front yard on Tuesday. They said they would be back on Wednesday to install. It is still laying in our yard. This is very frustrating as we are worried about our grass and the big dent that it is putting in a hill that is it laying on. Really?!?!
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I just moved into my apartment and due to miscommunication and no one's name being on the bill an entire 4 days I lived there, the power was turned off. A notice was sent to the wrong address, and when I called to fix the situation, customer service responded with "not our fault." When I asked what I was supposed to do after being told I would have to go without power for an additional week, a representative responded with "not my problem." Greedy asss people. They charge ya two dolars to pay by credit card.
Ive complaind to them about my elc being so high when im not even home. They dont give a shit. They suck. Everyone needs to go soler and put them the hell out. I hate them so much. They love to turn power out when its cold and u have kids. Ive had the scumbags smile when there doing it.
