Terrible customer service. Nobody will help. Trying to get service started at a new place and nobody will help. And the website is useless. Wish there was a different place to get power from!!!!!!!

Called over 2 hours ago to report a gas leak and they still have not showed up. When they want your money they are all over you but when you need them for a gas leak they don't care.
National Grid is a bunch of crooks. They are robbing the people and it is not fair. Low income people can't afford these crazy "delivery fees". Mine are double what they were last month and I had half the usage this month. I bet the CEO and other executives have brand new cars and beautiful homes.
