Terrible service. Had to call 3 times to pay bill. Automated system didn't understand me. (CSR couldn't hear me) English is my only language and I am fluent! They will not change the bill date and apparently no supervisors either. Really? Not even a satisfaction survey to tell them " You Suck!"

No wonder people go nuts in NYC, we all have to deal with these people. WORST customer service I've ever encountered with no records of phone calls or decency. "Customer Service" Representatives speak with a defensive demeanor with ZERO intention of caring about the customer. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Does your customer service employees have any idea what they're doing? All they do is give you the run around and different stories. It's pathetic. I thought Niagara Mohawk was bad. Smh

sad that on a holiday - my power goes out - and I can't call anyone for help because it's a holiday....I understand that it's a holiday and we all want it off but when your in charge of people's services that are a necessity to function - then someone should be there to help .....I called - spent 10 minutes trying to get through freaking automated system to be told no one was available that their closed for the holiday. .........as far as rating national grids performance with a star - poor doesn't even begin to cover it

If I could give less than a one star review I would. This company has repeatedly screwed up my billing and changed my account from my husband's name to mine and then "read" our meter charging me over $500 for 216 days of service that were already paid for.

Horrible customer service. 48 years of service and they closed our account because they said someone changed it out of our name and wouldnt tell me who. How can they do that without speaking to us first? Then i was accused of lying to them.
