tried calling cust service. is now 2039hrs...the message states you are open till 2100 yet it stated they are CLOSED you really suck balls
It's a greedy Monopoly that overcharges hard-working Americans with poor customer service no thought, care or consideration. National Grid is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with
on an almost weekly basis I have to report that my power is out due to national grids faulty equipment. all they do is come and reset the transformer or whatever they do and my power works for a week then it's off again. this is getting old and needs to be fixed.
July 3rd they had to shut our Gas off to put a new outside line in. July 4th we noticed we didn't have gas. While the automated system didn't have an option, we were able to get through to a very nice customer service rep who had a service man out to us within 30 minutes on the July 4th holiday. Tom was our service guy and was absolutely perfect. Knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Thanks again!
