Just signed up, am reading what others think & am not sure if I can do all this because I just got a smart phone & still learning but am willing to try.
I have this and have been using it for over a year now, I do feel I am making a impact on things. I take the surveys to seriously. It is a also a good reminder to "scan everything" when you bring something home or even go out to eat. I save the receipts and put them under "restaurant" . If the name isn't listed, sometimes they are not. but I love doing it none the less. I know we are making a difference in our household. I am trying to get my Mother- in- law to get one. OK SO I RECEIVED A LETTER TODAY IN THE MAIL FROM NCP SAYING THAT THEY ARE DROPPING ME AS A PANELIST BECAUSE THERE ARE TO MANY PEOPLE IN MY AREA. THIS IS COMPLETE BULLSHIT. YOU SHOULD NOT LETTING EVERYBODY AND THEIR BROTHER JOIN IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO TO MEMBERS. I ordered an item out of their gift catalog back in June and it's now September and the item hasn't even shipped.. So I called the customer service number.. A very bored person (I had to tell her what the issue was 3 separate times) told me she'd get her supervisor to check into it and they'd let me know.. That was on 8/18.. I contacted NCP back on August 17th to inform them that I wouldn't be able to use the scanner (that they had not yet shipped) because it would not work with my router, and to cancel my delivery. I was told they would switch me over to the mobile app, however the mobile app won't let me log in, saying that I'm not authorized. Eleven days later, on August 28th, they ship the scanner anyway. Huge waste of time and energy. They will email you and call you to "remind" you to take the surveys and scan your purchases regardless of it already being done. The points take forever to accumulate to anything and forget about winning anything they dangle in front of you.
Every time I scan everything. At the end it won't let me select the product usage ? So I can't complete my transaction?
I like the program.. Have been doing it for about 9 months. The only issue(s) I have is 1. Been trying to get the app so I can do it by phone while shopping instead of having to come home and do it all. I would be able to scan a lot more frequently and accurately. I do not always have time to scan when done for the day. 2. Home scanner keeps dying when I am half way through logging purchases. No response from NCP. So have not been able to for a couple weeks now.
