Have to agree with other's assessment...scanning prices and making entries are fine on a SMALL scale. I'm new and just had my first experience on a large scale. Ridiculous!!!!
I have been a member for roughly 3 years now and I was only able to receive incentives maybe once a year if that. I sent my scanner back months ago to be fixed and it's just not worth fighting with the mobile app anymore. Like others said, it's too much work for too little pay.
I have been a member of National Consumer Panel for several years and have enjoyed scanning my purchases and obtaining wonderful gifts from the points I obtain for both scanning and answering surveys. My latest gift was a FitBit Flex which I am enjoying but I have gotten wallets, Vera Bradley handbags and many other items over the years.
Was great years ago. Is terrible now. Sorry i told them i had a smartphone. Trying to record barcode with phone is a job. Old scanner was better. Payoff use to be better. Won 500 dollars years ago and only points since. Am thinking of dropping out.
i have been having issues with transmitting but cant get their IT people to call me back. I just get calls from them as to why i am not transmitting. plus it takes forever to get enough points to get anything nice
I tried called customer service. The person who answered the phone couldn't help me. She was making up stuff. I left 2 emails. No response. Why am I wasting my time.
NCP, Been a member for decades, used to love it & want to love it again. The problem is using the scanner in transmitting by phone which sometimes takes minutes to HOURS get a simple transmission to go through. This weekend I have had absolutely no luck with my transmission no matter which phone number I have used. It's currently 10:15 p.m. on Saturday and I've given up after trying all day. And I'm not using the app that doesn't work. What is your resolution for this please please please and thank you?
THE APP STARTS OUT GOOD, BUT KEEPS CLOSING ON ME, OR JUMPS AHEAD WHEN I AM NOT FINISHED SCANNING PURCHASES. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET BACK TO WHERE I WAS, SO ONLY PART OF THE ITEMS GET SCANNED.
