I thought the comments very strange. I've never had a problem with panel only with transmissions, I cured that by using a land line. Been a member many years. It makes you take a serious look at your shopping habits. Gifts are nice, you are getting rewarded for something you do regularly and it is interesting. I do not understand the complaints about not getting their transmissions recorded,'maybe I've just been lucky. I still enjoy it-thank you.

Wife received her scanner while we were on vacation. When we got back home, she already received emails and phone calls saying she needs to return it since we havent hooked it up yet. What a crock. Next time someone calls, I will be happy to tell them where they can place this scanner when they get it back. Wish I could of investigated this company and saw the horrible reviews across the internet before my wife jumped on board.

It is very time consuming entering EVERY purchase and when I was only 150 points from being able to get a reward, they sent me an e-mail saying that there were too many representatives in my area and they cancelled my membership!? I could no longer earn points :( All that time spent entering my purchases was just wasted time. They got what they wanted, my input and I got nothing.....I am extremely disappointed!

Today I got a notice that you ended my membership. Later in the day I got an email about the C-Score official release. You told me to update my app so I can hurry and earning points. If you end my membership then take me off your freaking mailing list! Way to rub it in the face of someone you found unworthy of having a membership.

I've been scanning and reporting regularly since 2005. Nearly 11 years and would definitely give NCP 5 stars. I originally had a scanner and always forwarded its contents once a week. Now I use my smartphone and I automatically scan my purchases as I put them away. It's been very profitable for me. Thank you NCP!
