I hadn't considered rating NCP on Facebook, but I review stuff religiously on TripAdvisor. After reading all the negative I wanted to put my two cents in. 1. It takes some time to build 'seniority' to where you start earning more points. At the beginning it's pretty low. I've been doing this for about 10 years and have earned some pretty great stuff, but you have to scan every week religiously. That's where you get the bonus points, anniversary points, etc. 2. The program is pretty good. I've been with it for awhile and have gotten some nice things from the catalog. Yes it's a lot of work but worth it for the most part. I do wish they'd up date their scan brochure though. Recommend giving it a try.
I've been a member for over a year and really enjoy it. I do like it a lot more now that it's an app on my phone. Makes it a lot easier and faster. It does help out a lot if you do a buddy system.
I was in the panel for 6 months. During that time, they didn't register my weekly transmits most weeks (yes I was doing everything correctly) and the small amount of points you earn each week were not worth all the work you have to do to scan everything. Then when I left the panel, they harassed me about receiving the scanner back and I sent it back with the label they sent me. I'm still receiving calls and emails about receiving the scanner as of two weeks ago and they previously sent me an email and I called and it says th... read more
I just started. I find it is hard to remember to scan as soon as we get home. Then I have to go back and find all the stuff to scan. I think it will get easier, I hope...

This is the worst company ever. The program is such a waste of time. You have to submit a receipt, scan the bar codes and do way too much work for nothing. When you fail to submit a receipt for x amount of time (your supposed to do it weekly) they call you and email you so many times it's actually harassment, the threats they make to send back their equipment immediately or you will be charged and turned over to collections.
