I have been a member since 2007 and I love it! It does take time to get points but they sure do add up and fast. I love getting items from the catalog, I got a vacuum , slow cooker, scale and a heating pad. I really enjoy sharing what I buy. I enjoy doing the surveys when they come up and doing anything to get points! Thank you NCP!

I've been with NCP for 7 years now......The "only" thing that upsets me is that I have to press 1 to speak in English! I'm an American - born and bred....why do I have to press anything to speak my natural language to an American company???? Please don't tell me that NCP is going "politically correct"? All in all, I have enjoyed my time with NCP.

Long time member with603,070 points. My main beef with NCP is their slothfullness in keeping the Sweeps page current and up to date. Please check it out and see. Yet they expect timely responses to their surveys. Looks like they could keep the sweeps page up to date. I have expressed my concers on more than one occasion and recieved the usual scripted reply. Nothing changes. I gues they don't care. I think I won $25.00 once and a $25.00 credit to Amazon. I scan and transmit every single week. Panel member since about1992. Ha... read more

I have been a member a few months now and have had no problems. I've had to contact them once to request the scan booklet and they were very quick to respond. I received the booklet within a week of my request. Very prompt. I love how they give bonus points and send a gift for certain anniversary milestones of being a member. It makes me feel appreciated for being a member. I have scanned every week, usually a few times a week as I shop, and have had no problems with transmission. I love being a member they always help when I need it.I just did the snack challenge waiting to hear from them.I have had fun doing it.I am so exsited to scan and do surveys.I waited years to be excepted.Thank you for having me

I have really enjoyed being a part of NCP! I just got a nice shopping bag from them for my three month anniversary! I will continue to be active and transmit :) Saving up my points for that iPad!!

It is the best survey company I have joined,great surveys about consumers like me who buy food,clothing and all the things we need on a daily schedule. The incentives are very Awesome,points to use in catalog, or enter sweepstakes.I have been a panelist since 2002. Thanks NCP !

Just joined have only had my scanner a month. Because Internet in my town is horrible my transmissions are not going thru I have to call them to do it do they have app for samsung phones
