I find it really confusing as to why my neighbor that lives 10 foot from my house gets chosen but when I apply it says that you aren't taking anyone from this zip code? We signed up at the same time so how does that work???
We just redeemed points we earned over a span of many years for a Proscan Flatscreen 40" LED TV. It arrived today via USPS, 3 days sooner than we expected. It took us a long time to accumulate the number of points needed for it but it was worth the time it has taken to scan our everyday purchases. Thanks NCP!
It's a challenge for our household as we "house sit" in the area and even though we sleep at home, the "staff" at the house treats us as owner's guests. We hardly have any shopping as our meals are provided as part of our wages. NCP hasn't sent me a Survey in several weeks, so I feel left out!?
NCP helps me mark time. I just received an anniversary notice. During my time as a member, I became a grandma, retired, was diagnosed with cancer, had two transplants, and continue to have chemo. As I look back, NCP has become a mirror for how my purchasing patterns have changed as my life has changed.

The scanner is difficult to use, the instructions are VERY poor, and some items won't even scan. For instance, there is not a "Grocery Store" selection. If you cannot find your grocery store, you have to look for "Food Market." Really? Who the hell calls it a food market. It is a grocery store. Kroger, Publix and Food City are just a few that aren't even listed. I spent 10 minutes search for Food City, finally called the hotline, and finally figured out from the rep that I have to click on Food Market. So poorly set up :(
This is fun to use, but can get frustrating when having to press the button over and over to find a store.They need to make one like a phone with numbers and letters
