Love the panel...member for over 15 years. I HATE new app used to scan. It won't register barcodes, crashes (and loses all progress), and results in me scanning less. Disappointing b/c was excited when they announced it's launch. Surveys make you feel like you have a voice.

Not just scanning. Identifying store and entering each individual item price, quantity and deal was required for almost all stores I shop along with wired link and website logins at least every week. Each coupon, sale, produce and meat selection require additional detail. Rewards not worth bothering. Too much hassle.

I love being a panel member and have been one for about 9 years now. This is so easy to do and collecting points is a breeze. I have won twice, very surprised when I opened the envelope, each prize was a $500.00 gift card to spend anywhere I wanted. I was able to exchange my points for some really nice things, an 8qt crock pot, Sony headphones, and a convection toaster oven. I have gotten a few other things as gifts for my grandson too.

I was excited to get my scanner. Got everything installed and scanned my first shopping trip even though I was missing the instructions. But it won't transmit. Worked my way through the troubleshooting listed online. No go. Called support and spent 25 minutes redoing everything I'd already tried. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Went through it all again. Was finally told she couldn't fix it, but she didn't want to send me a new scanner and cable. She's passing my problem up the IT chain to someone else, who may return my call i... read more
