Did this for a while. Enough to get reward dollars No one would take the card so that I could actually use them. Tried no customer service. Years later, they are still harassing me for a piece of equipment they say I didn't return but still no help on my issue.
I hope I get chosen to do this I think I would really like it.
If you don't hook it up fast enough for them they send you to collection to get the equipment back
NCP Panel is great...NCP Connect is not, however. I love being able to voice my opinion via scanning and surveys.
Been a member since 2009. I have been able to redeem points for several nice things, vacuum cleaner, panini grill and a kindle to mention a few. The longer you belong, the more points you can rack up. Also, if you get an e-mail to join a specialty panel, you get more points there too. The phone app makes it so much easier too.
Takes extra work when u come home from shopping already tired. Pros-- I have gotten quiet a few things out of the rewards catalog. & have already won $500 in one of the sweepstakes Been a member for probably a decade now.
I love NCP and anyone considering joining will too.

I signed up in March and have NEVER been able to login to the app. I emailed my issues to support, and never received a response :-(
