Went in the other day and was surprised at the amount of things on show - the book choice was excellent and a good ejection of quality clothes. The manager was most helpful and pleasant
Brilliant shop! I spend a lot of time in charity shops and not only does the Air ambulance support a brilliant cause but I’ve never had the level of service in any other shop I’ve visited. Really helpful staff, I am a collector of cool stuff and the team are happy to call me when something cool comes in. For such a small shop they have a great stock range, I cannot fault the whole establishment. 👍

The woman at this shop was very rude and disrespectful. I travel from ilkeston solely to gift top quality items for this charity. I had put several quality items in a small travel suitcase, this woman had taken out all the items and handed the case back to me saying " we don't want the case" I had one full box of cloths left in vehicle for the shop and the woman said "can't take anymore take it to the hospice 2 shops down" So ungrateful, so rude and I am disappointed in the experience I received.
