Very friendly and helpful staff, keen to help and advise. Excellent turnover of CDs and LPs.
I’m sad to hear that this lovely shop is closing at the end of this year and I know that a lot of regular customers feel the same. Although there are plenty of charity shops in Crouch End, the Children’s Air Ambulance is the best - in terms of friendly and helpful customer service and well curated clothing. The lady that specialises in vintage clothing has lots of enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge. I hope that the top management rethinks this decision.
I'm sorry to hear this shop is closing at the end of this year I'm going to miss the staff very much as they have been like friends to me and I have been a customer for many years and crouch end is not going to be the same the staff there are polite helpful and always willing to help and go the extra mile and I'm sorry to see them go
Terrible attitude toward customers. We visited the shop around 12:00 to try on a dress, but the fitting room was out of order. The cashier advised us to buy it and return it later if it didn’t fit — but he forgot to give us a receipt. When we returned at 14:30 to return the dress, the same cashier avoided us and passed us to the manager, a middle-aged woman who spoke to us rudely and disrespectfully. The shop is very dated and full of stuff that is not supposed to be in a charity shop as it is new plastic products they sell themselves. That makes it a bit sad.
