Went there this morning. Regatta 2nd hand jacket was priced £30 i bought a new one for £27. Prices are ridiculous and their display was organised so bad while I was checking something a item fell and broke. The rude lady people talking in reviews went mad and told me I have to pay. second shops in UK are dead. I paid and that would be the last time I step in a charity shop. I had enough of these terrible organisations.
The only lady who works there has a disgusting behaviour. I heard her speaking on the phone complaining about the people who come in the shop,she was speaking on the phone with her mother and she kept complaining about people and kept insulting. She started to lower her voice but I could hear her. No wonder this charity shop is all the time empty. Please do not bother to go,there’s nothing interesting.
Always pop in on my way past and bring my donations here as always met with friendly and appreciative staff, especially the manager who is usually in on a Sunday (the blonde lady). Can’t believe this charity shop would ever have bad reviews! Well stocked and priced fairly unlike some in the area.
