I visited Natalie all the way from Leeds for her Love heart lips masterclass and it was 100% worth the 9 hour round trip!! She is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and skilled. Not only am I ready to now confidently produce some absolutely beautiful lips but I know Natalie will be there every step of the way if I need further advice or her opinion on something. Can highly recommend, lovely atmosphere, felt at ease and in safe hands the moment Natalie explained to me the procedure, very thorough and professional. Best of all I hardly felt any discomfort, could have fallen asleep! Absolutely delighted with the results, won’t go anywhere else in future! Thank you Natalie, you’re the best!

Cannot recommend Natalie enough!! Responded to all my messages almost instantly and checked on me regularly after my appointment. Completely put all nerves at ease.
