Nat is a fantastic teacher. She has welcomed me into the class and has helped me individually when I have struggled. She lets you go at your own pace and always lets you know options for certain exercises and makes it feel ok to not do what your person next to you is doing. You go at your own pace. But she also pushes you to try different exercises and makes you believe in yourself. I thoroughly enjoy my classes. Her sense of humour is an added bonus making the classes real fun. Nat is so knowledgeable and encouraging. I was apprehensive to start, as my post-partum body doesn’t work like it used to, but Nat made me feel completely at ease and relaxed. She is managing to piece me back together !! Her understanding of anatomy and post partum recovery is exceptional ☺️

What can I say ...Nat is totally amazing! She's very knowledgeable and her classes are relaxed and fun. She has helped me overcome sciatica and plantar fasciaitis and tailors exercises to suit your body. Nat also offers 1 to 1 sessions and also massage. Best pilates teacher ever ! ❤️
