What an absolutely lovely gentleman who served us in the shop today. We went in last minute after trying some local places to see if we could get my son's new bracelet adjusted by taking out some links ready for his prom tomorrow. The lovely, kind man did it without hesitation straight away. Thankyou so much, we really appreciated you being so kind and helpful. 😊 🌟

Instead of running this business the staff along with owner needs to learn basic manners , just basic !! You may have the shop and money but clearly you lack manners.
Exceptional service from everyone in this shop.They are all so welcoming with kind smiles.This is the second time I take my daughter's watch for resizing and they charge reasonable prices.We never have to wait long.They also sell reasonably priced watches and jewellery with a guarantee.They also do belt adjustment.
Absolutely wonderful shop. I went in today as many friends recommended them to me as they’ve all had quick, quality repairs in the past. I needed a Clogau ring reformed and a leaf bent back down. Clogau would’ve sent it off for 4-6 weeks, with no guarantee of repair or even an estimate, so I took it to Nash’s. They took it out the back, came back 5 minutes later with a perfectly restored and clean ring, for no charge!
