I went in for and oil change was told I needed new tires, alignment, fuel induction service, cabin air filter replacement. All after a 22,000 miles service and the vehicle actually had 24,230 miles on it. All multi points inspection were ok. No recommendations were told to me. Then 5,000 miles later all this needs to be done prompto. Was upset. Damn near $1700 worth. I'm not please with this service department.

All the people that I met with were fair, friendly and honest. I got an excellent deal on the new car and a very fair trade on the old car. (I do my homework!) I have bought many cars and there are usually a few unpleasant surprises before you drive away. However, I had none at Napleton's. I would recommend them to anyone.
WARNING: this dealership is highly disrespectful. Out of all the dealerships I've ever been to this was by far one of the worst. I would advise everybody to stay away from Napleton's Valley Hyundai. If you're interested in a Hyundai skip these guys and go straight 2 Gerald or someone else. The quote prices online or over the phone and don't offer them at the location.
