I went there on a whim and turned out to be an awesome experience. I ended up buying a new car. They beat three other stores price by 1500.00 and the service was second to none. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
Bought a 2016 Sonata Hybrid from Napleton in December. Long story short, it has been in the shop more than out (faulty manufactured parts). The techs have been helpful but management and corporate don't seem to care.

1 star because you can't give them zero...here's my experience: I went online and received a price quote from Edmunds on a 2015 Sonata. Shortly after Sue (who was nice) called me and we set up an appointment to go in and test drive the vehicle. While we were on the phone, she indicated that if I came in there was a chance of negotiating a better price in person, but that wasn't as important to me as the price was quite good.
