Since this dealership has turned over to Napleton's the level of service has dropped dramatically. I've been a Hyundai owner for many years and I'm now looking to another dealership. The only bright shining beacon at this place is Kevin Kuhrt, one of the service managers. He understands what true customer service is about. Everyone else at Napleton's (and I mean EVERYONE) should take a page from Kevin's playbook. He's awesome. Unfortunately, I'll not spend anymore money at Napleton's.
Awesome dealership.... i am lucky to experience their friendly and considerate style of dealing with clients... waiting area is also nice and comfy..
This place is great, and the people are wonderful, they truly treat you like you are part of the team or family! They listen to your wants and needs and don't push you away with over the top pushy salesman like some dealerships do. Great experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's in the market for a new or used car!
Obviously run by scum. You left your employees tools out in the rain, because they wanted fair pay?! Shame on you.
